Still licking the wounds after a dreadful weekend. Normal service will be resumed shortly.
Postscript: Lest anyone should think that your host is [gritted teeth] English, may I remind them that as an ex-pat Welsh person living in England, I believe it my duty [clenched fists] to transfer loyalties to the England rugby squad as soon as the Welsh squad have left Australia. Aythangyew.

I’d love to be able to support England (as Scotland are total crap at everything) but I just can’t do it… and my Dad was from London.
You have my admiration!

You see I’d always choose to support Wales & Scotland aswell, but because so many Scots and Welshmen support anyone playing against England, it makes it tricky.

This transfer of loyalties only applies when opponents are not from the Union countries! I will not support England against Scotland or Ireland - sorry!

Amber - thighs? Eh?

Manly I think there are a minority who think like that but for the most part I’d agree with Huwge - support for England except when it’s against another union country. Us oppressed nations have to stick together…

Fair enough - just another case of the vocal minority being more noticeable than the silent majority then. I can be happy in my support of my oppressed neighbours then.

The only thing I find interesting about the game… The nice chunky thighs… I am such a lustful creature!!

I can’t even support one union team against another. I have a Scottish grandmother, had an Irish grandmother, grew up in (and ran for) Wales and was born in England. (But being born in a stable does not make you a donkey. Or the son of god!)
So as long as it’s not the damn French, what do I care? ;-D
