If these walls could talk

Why, maybe they’d write a blog. Maybe I’m nosey, but I must admit to looking forward to hearing the story behind the Disneyland Marquee Castle.

Me mum lives on a tiny island, so tiny the inhabitants use golf carts instead of cars. Needless to say, this sort of inbred community sports all sorts of characters.

Next to her is a reasonable copy of the Enchanted Castle, put up by an English couple who fell in love with Disneyland… it’s complete with turrets, gnomes, spiral staircases and banners, and painted a brilliant candy pink.

I would have snotty things to say about it, if it weren’t so much fun to have tea out in the garden with the elves…
