As i recall, he offered his slimy digits to Putin without even a little wipe on his pants. Putin looked somewhat aghast but shook the hand... gingerly. I felt the message to the former ussr was clear; Love me, love my snot. I just wish i could have had a camera cut to Daddy B. sinking his head into his hands in the audience at that point, as he was always soooooo careful...
