Recipe exchange update
Follow up to the recipe exchange, Huwge has come up trumps with a lovely receipe for roast vegetable with cous-cous.
As I was copying and pasting the recipes into a document to (hopefully, when I remember) put in my bag ready for the next supermarket trip, it suddenly occurred to me that you all might like a copy, so - would anyone like a PDF of the complete set of recipes?

Em², I might use that as the title, thank you!
Karan, youyouyouyouyouyouyouyouyyou shall have!
I’d like to spend a little bit of time tarting it up (no pun intended) so fingers crossed and deadlines willing, I should be sending them out at the weeknd.
Now, are we sticking with your “creative ideas with bread” recipe or would you like to resubmit? :-P

I have to confess that the recipie is not entirely my own, but I don’t know where I nabbed it. It’s handwritten in the back of a v. old Delia Smith cookbook. Just in case someone thinks I’m depriving them of their copyright ;-)

I wonder who wrote it Huwge - did you buy it second hand? Could it be written by the Goddess Delia herself…? :-)

Would very much like a copy if it’s not too much trouble. Thanks for the offer.

Could be from Delia’s summer book, but could also be something like Good Housekeeping or BBC Food magazine. Who cares, it’s good grub and I ‘fessed up that it wasn’t my own so my conscience is clear ;-)
