Even this

6nationstable_1

can’t raise my spirits.

I’m getting even worse at leaving comments, have a stack of stuff to post but can’t string a sentence together and generally feel out of sorts and ready to throw in the towel. Tomorrow is designated “do not switch the computer on” day, subtitled “Where Daisy goes off to get her groove back”.

Be good, see you Monday.

Hopefully France will hammer England this afternoon and that will cheer you up a bit. A non-PC day sounds good :)

As I write this, England is beating France, 16-7. I hope that France will pull through, and that tomorrow you’ll be feeling better.

I wish I had the willpower to have non PC days - power to your elbow. And Dimitry has officially replaced Cermeno on my pin-up list.

Sounds like you need shaking out of it. Buy an armadillo. Teach it to hang glide. See? Now life’s more interesting isn’t it?

Funny, that table doesn’t lift my spirits either. Mind you France did yesterday!

Anyway, grab a Kit-Kat, a book, whatever. Chill out, veg out, tune out. Detox your mind and come back when you are ready.

Boy do I know THAT feeling.

    Thank you guys.

Jann, I was cheering for England, honest. I have to live here after all ;-)

Gordon, I skipped the KitKat but had a bacon buttie instead. And damn, it did the trick. You know how when two women work together in the same office and after a while their cycles align? I wonder if it’s the same with blogging?

This is where a birthday blog should have followed. Happy birthday twin.
