Heh, intense is the right word. But they keep well in the heat, mayo tends to get a bit of a funny smell – not that you’d notice amongst all the smelly bait and maggots… ;-)

Voodoo? Hah! He loves pastrami, beef, etc. and there’s always a jar of horseradish in the fridge. I don’t mind it in mashed pototatoes (have you tried that? delicious!) but like ally bean, I’m a turkey & mayo kinda gal.
