Two new books

Two fellow Wise Women list members have books hitting the shelves at the moment:

Although I don’t have the budget for books at the minute and can’t vouch for them personally (yet), both books come highly recommended via other list members and are definitely high up there on my list of books to be coveted.

How will your obituary read when you pop your clogs? Find out at Quiz Galaxy (thanks to Croila).

Fake obituary notice which reads, Awaiting trial for lewd behaviour, Daisy died before telling anyone where they buried their treasure. Daisy will be terribly missed by Chuck Norris.

Evilly skulking around the neighborhood, Karan died a tormented death.

Karan will be terribly missed by Darth Vader.

    Thanks for the mention Daisy.

Do keep an eye on the book’s website at http://wpvqs.com too as we post handy tips and tricks there several times per week.

Thanks so much for the kind words about my new book. Much appreciated! Like Miraz, I’ll be regularly adding new information, tips, updates at my book’s site, currently at http://skdesigns.com/book/. Those who confirm purchasing my book can also access ALL of the checklists in downloadable, printable PDF format from SitePoint’s website (there’s a special code to input at SitePoint’s site). Those are designed to use over and over as checklists for your website projects, where the book itself includes all the explanations, examples, and references for them.

Seeing your post here makes me also realize that someone wanting to create a website using WordPress could use Miraz’s book and mine to truly cover all the bases. I also plan to buy Miraz’s book to use as I finally dig into trying WordPress soon.

Thanks again for mentioning my new book!
