What do the following have in common?
One leek and potato soup
One cheese board
Six crusty bread rolls
One pot of Lavazza decaffinated
One frantic bout of house cleaning
A visit from a fellow blogger of course!
Alas it was a flying visit, a stopover on his way from Norfolk to Cardiff but it was lovely to meet him. He was just as I expected and nothing at all like I expected so I hope he’ll make a return appearance so that I can gossip tell you a little more.

What a lucky duck! I’ll make a deal with you - I won’t madly clean my house when you come here and you don’t clean yours when I come there. Your famous leek and potato soup would do just fine, tho.

Mary, Ally and Nancy - the door is always open if any of you manage to get across the pond! But I’m afraid you’ll have to find your own plane tickets :-)

I was going to call in again but now you’ve got me worried :-)
Thanks again for the excellent company and scrumptious food, Daisy.

You say we can come to you for the soup? I printed off the ingredients and bought them on my walk this morning and all along I could have come to you…
